At Runway Scout, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are returned in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Runway Scout tags still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest post office or authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email within 3-5 business days for you to use on your next purchase.
